Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the new return label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
